Are you by any chance trying to install an ARM64 image?
You need to download only x64 for your computer.

You were right! I downloaded the ARM64 image by mistake. The x64 version is working flawlessly fine alongside the Microsoft Store. My sincere apology in causing an agony. Stay blessed!

Thank you for this build i just like to give feedback on this build, i have it installed on three tablets and one desktop on all four of them the store is not working, i don't need uwp store apps so no problem for me. The previous build 10.0.22000.71 the store works flawless.

Update for this post, the reason why the store is not working is when you use English world for time and currency format at setup /install windows 11 and continue setup you will get a oobe error after the first reboot, after you choose another language us or uk English you can continue but the store does not work.
